Gerrards Cross is just off the M40, which goes straight to Central London, Oxford and Birmingham. It's 10 miles from Heathrow Airport – less than a 20-minute drive or taxi ride. The M25, M1 and M4 are all easily reached.
From M40 Exit Jct. 2 and take the A355 to Beaconsfield. After 1/2 mile at the roundabout take the A40 to Gerrards Cross. From M4 Exit Jct. 6; follow signs to Slough Central A355, continue on A355 to Beaconsfield. At the roundabout take the A40 to Gerrards Cross.
Regular trains run from Gerrards Cross station to London Marylebone station, with a journey time of 25 minutes for the fast train.
The station is a in the middle of Gerrards Cross.
The nearest airport is Heathrow and a typical taxi ride will cost between £30-£40

Before the event you'll need to provide us a list of the delegate(s) with any special requirements regarding diet, mobility or access.
By booking a place you agree to these conditions. But we reserve the right to cancel any booking where an error has occurred. You will receive written confirmation of your booking.
You can substitute delegates up to the commencement of the conference without charge.
The conference is free for all InPhase customers including lunch provided by us.
InPhase does not cover the cost of travel, subsistence or other expenses occurred in connection with attendance.
If you have booked a place but wish to cancel, please do so up to 48 hours before the conference.
Cancelling a booking within 48 hours without a cancellation request will incur a cost of £50 per day for non-attendance. Invoiced the following month of the conference, payable within 30 days.
Delegates at the User Group must comply with all GDPR requirements and may not share personal information gained at the Group outside of the forum without prior written consent.
The user group is subject to availability and demand and if for any reason the course does not take place we'll notify you at least a week in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel the user group at any time with no refund. No further liability will be accepted.
We may also change the User Group dates, programmes, speakers or venue at any time without prior notice.
