We'll start the session with tasteful breakfast refreshments.
Robert and Rebecca will open the meeting outlining and illustrating the methods and approach for discussion. Learn how they have supported the continuous improvement principles to achieve cultural transformation and buy in from operational staff.
The meeting will be opened-up for all delegates to raise questions and discussions around the approach outlined, their own experiences, goals and obstacles in implementing performance improvement solutions, strategic, operational and share ideas around how to improve housing management decision making effectiveness.
We'll finish the session with an optional delicious lunch.

Robert is the founder and CEO of INPHASE, with a vision for delivering software to drive performance improvement journeys organisation-wide. Robert is a statistician, economist and business man, international speaker on aligned organisational performance, designer of award-winning software and solution implementations for organisations including: multiple efficiency-improvement Beacon Award projects for Local Authorities, Housing, Social Care, Children’s Service, NHS and Police Forces.
Rebecca has held a range of managerial posts across both public & private sector. She joined mhs homes in 2016, having led the implementation of new business and sales models at a variety of technology firms in the South East. Now responsible for leading an organisation-wide transformation programme at mhs homes, including digital, culture and process change, Rebecca has spent the last 3 years building a team that drive and lead on the utilisation and development of business intelligence and change delivery across the organisation.
